Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment - All transactions must be made via Paypal only. I require a 50% payment upfront before I start any work! All prices are in USD or SGD (for Singaporean customers).

  2. Revision of work - A total of 3 revisions are permitted; any revision beyond this number will incur extra charges. Major revision will also incur extra charges.

  3. Format of work - the final format of the work will be in PNG or JPEG

  4. Duration - The time taken to complete the work is approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on urgency (extra charges apply) and complexity of work

  5. Cancellation Policy - You can cancel anytime before the first payment is made. You are not allowed to cancel after I start work ie. after the first payment is made. No refunds will be given for any cancellation thereafter. I reserve the right to cancel the commission if there are any abuse.

  6. Artist Rights - You may upload the work for personal uses, but you must attribute me. I reserve the rights to post/use the work. Do not remove the watermark of the work. Do not use it for commercial purposes.

  2. Additional (if any): person/props/pet

  3. References: any image/photo

  4. Preferred image size: Square/A4/A5 etc

  5. Your paypal email & personal email (for contact purposes)
